Watch repairs can be expensive and time-consuming.
The majority of costs for watch repairs, which are always done by hand, is for labor. No matter where you choose to go for watch repairs, you’ll often encounter a backlog, as there is currently a shortage of qualified watchmakers – This is one of many reasons we’re so closely aligned and supportive of The Veterans Watchmaker Initiative.
Time Goes Fast. At Times Watch Repairs Don’t
The average time a watchmaker spends on a watch repair is 1-week. After service is complete, the watch must go through a quality control check. If the watch fails any aspect of the quality control check it is sent back to the watchmaker.

Watches are essentially little engines on your wrist, containing hundreds of small precision pieces and moving parts. Repairs can take time, but we understand that our clients would like their timepieces back as soon as possible.

Fine watches are like fine automobiles; in both cases, a good maintenance routine can help you avoid costly repairs. Our goal is to help our clients maintain their watch in the best running order as possible, so they will hopefully, never or rarely, need a repair.

How it Works
1. Watch Consultation
We’ll schedule a preliminary conversation, help diagnose your watch issues, and discuss initial price range and repair time.
2. Pick-Up/Drop-Off/Mail
Arrange a pick up time, or, visit our Concierge desk inside Silver & Gifts. Mail-in options, designed to work with your busy schedule, can be found HERE
3. Watch Diagnosis
We’ll evaluate your watch, first visually, then followed by machine diagnostics for timing and water resistance.
4. Provide an Estimate
We’ll generate an estimate, and schedule an ideal time to review costs with you.
5. Work Begins
Repairs or restorations, using only authentic parts, begins. Upon completion, our quality control process begins.
6. Watch is Returned
Once your repair or restoration is complete, we’ll schedule an ideal time, and method to return your timepiece.
