You may find it more convenient to mail your watch in for repair or maintenance. If so, please consider following the steps below to help ensure your watch is delivered safely and securely.

We recommend:
- Prior to mailing please call 443.738.5458 or email susan@conciergewatch.com for a repair number.
- Mailing your watch in a box, and not an envelope or bubble mailer
- Using a box other than the one provided with purchase.
- Purchasing shipping insurance from your chosen mail provider for your watch.
Shipping and Insurance Information: USPS | UPS | FedEx
If you prefer, Concierge Watch can email you a shipping a label, and fold the cost into your repair or maintenance service, we do not make money on shipping, and will clearly break out the cost in your invoice.
